  模具制作/Mold and Die Making

  奖杯制作异乎于其他五金模或塑胶模， 嘉和奖杯有多年经验的雕模师傅，那样成品出来立体感更强结构合理； 模具后期打磨全手工完成，精雕细磨的模具才能保证压铸出来的奖杯胚体表面的光洁度
  HOLYWELL has dedicated sculptors with more than 10 years experience in creating three dimensional molds. Whether you need a model developed or provide your own, our craftsman utilize their old world artistry and attention to detail to develop steel molds that guarantee a qualified, detailed, elegant award.

  铸造/Casting

  奖杯的特殊功用要求其从成型时便以良好的形态呈现。 嘉和奖杯为国内率先用高温高压方式铸造奖杯；并已拥有80吨到400吨压铸机，满足不同重量造型的奖杯成型需要。每一次的压铸便有一个绝佳的胚体诞生，任何不良都将投入熔炉融化销毁，绝不允许有残缺的奖杯出现。
  The greatest care is taken in our casting processes to deliver exceptional awards. Each custom casting is casted with high pressure, one at a time, and inspected to deliver the quality you deserve. Castings may be deburred, burnished, or polished to ensure the award is prepared for its finishing touches.

  打磨抛光/Polishing

  璀璨的奖杯，要求表面处理精益求精。我们的打磨抛光师傅细心谨慎，每一尊奖杯都从各个部位打磨到位，绝不容许有毛刺，挂角，裂纹出现，亮面处的处理可达到镜面效果。
  The perfect finish to the perfect award. We can work with you to create the elegant look and finish you desire. No scratches, no wrinkles, shiny as mirror if you want it to be shiny.

  电镀/Plating

  胚体经过全手工的表面处理达到最佳状态后，即进入到最重要的一环--电镀。 嘉和奖杯的所有镀金奖杯均为电镀K金，以区别于市场上的仿金，更加彰显价值与档次。K金从视觉上看更加金灿灿而非浅黄色；K金与金属的结合牢度更久，更似融为一体；且K金抗氧化性更好，一般在正常环境下可以放置10年不会变色。电镀一般有金银铜三种方式以对荣誉奖项作出区分。

  包装品检/Packaging and QC team

  完美的一个奖杯不能在颁发过程中出现局部松动或者文字不对情况。 嘉和奖杯在最后环节极为严格.组装奖杯都需是多年的熟手,组装完毕后两道QC检验,以达到每一个奖杯都是呈现着最佳的状态,没有手纹、没有砂孔、没有刮刺;每一个奖杯的获奖内容都是正确的.包装也均采用高档木盒包装,更好的保护奖杯在运输过程中免受损伤,如此,获奖者拿到奖杯能真正感受到奖杯是荣耀与艺术的化身。
  Holywell's best employees handle with the trophy installing to make sure each trophy is right-installed.And then there are 2 times QC procedures to guarantee each trophy is with best appearance, and with right wordings. Wooden boxes are adopted to contain Holywell trophies, to protect each trophy during transportation.
